Aluminum Sulfate

Aluminum Sulfate, Al₂(SO₄)₃, is a water soluble chemical compound. When added to water, it causes microscopic impurities to clump together into larger and larger particles. These clumps will settle to the bottom of the container or  at least get large enough to be filtered out of the water, making the water safer to drink. Thus, it is widely used in the purification of drinking water, pool maintenance, and waste water treatment plants. It is also used in paper manufacturing, dyeing fabrics, and many other industrial applications.

storage materials: PP, HDPE, stainless steel, rubber lined steel, plastic with fiberglass. Close tight against evaporation. Storage temperature: 00 -400 C.
